The process for Natural Timber Veneers (NTV) is to take a thin layer of veneer which is sliced from a log. Individual veneers are assembled into the required sheet size (typically 2400 x 1200) and then bonded to a variety of panel options. Veneered panels are available on MDF, Particleboard and Plywood on a variety of thickness options. Veneered panels can be supplied with the same quality on both sides of the sheet (G2S) or with one main face and a downgrade veneer on the back of the sheet (DGB)
Natural Timber Veneers are also available from Gen-Eco on our Balsa core material to produce our Ecolite range for ceiling beams and vertical fins.

Fire Retardant MDF
This fibre board is manufactured with flame retardant additives, specially conceived for those applications where an improvement in behaviour under fire conditions is an added safety factor. Fire Retardant MDF is available in natural and red colour variations. Classification Group 2 AS/NZS 3837-1998 EO.
Applications:
- Suitable for use in non-sprinkled areas of buildings that require fire retardant panels
- Can be digitally printed or painted for wall and ceiling panels
- Suitable for joinery and shopfitting

Black Fire Retardant MDF
Black Fire Retardant MDF is especially conceived for those applications where an improvement in behaviour against fire is required. It can of course be identified by its solid black colouring. Classification Group 2 AS/NZS 3837-1998 EO.

Exterior MDF
Exterior MDF is a fibre board made from carefully selected fibres, bound with formaldehyde free E0 PMDI glues under pressure and high temperature.
Gen-Eco Exterior MDF is ideal for exterior use when installed 100mm above the ground. The faces and edges need to be coated with an exterior paint, preferably a 2-pack system. It can also be used for interiors which separate environments, such as laundries and bathrooms. Gen-Eco Exterior MDF can be supplied either raw or with a white two-sides melamine finish.

Black MDF
Where fire ratings and moisture repellence are not required, black MDF can fill the void for a coloured core product. Used as internals for cupboards, veneered for ceiling panels or panelling systems there is a myriad of uses in many design applications for coloured MDF.

Foamboard
Foamboard is an ideal substrate material for semi-exposed areas where moisture ingress may occur. Applications include carcass material for kitchens on decks, table tops and general areas where occasional wetting is likely to occur.
Foamboard can be processed exactly the same as timber based panels such as MDF and Plywood - this includes cutting, drilling and screwing.
Available in both white and black solid core.
