This sustainable and environmentally friendly product has so many usages. Whether it is creating a custom sculpture for a commercial space or using it to build a unique ceiling fixture for your business, you’ll fall in love with the finished result.
Rosewood Library near Ipswich in Queensland, has a stunning Tree Sculpture on display. This beautiful sculpture has been handcrafted using Gen-Eco European Birch Plywood and has become a major focal point of the library and a popular attraction.
This wonderful centrepiece has been installed in an area of the library used as the children’s reading corner. It lights up their imagination and is an inspiration for creativity, fun and adventure.
HOW IT’S BUILT
Meticulously constructed by the design team at Far Far Furniture, the tree has been shaped and assembled from sheets of Gen-Eco European Birch Plywood.
Each of the 20 sections were sculpted, glued, sanded and lacquered and finally bolted together into the tree’s final position. We think you’ll agree the finished result is simply breath-taking. It’s a work of art.
This project is an impressive example of the unlimited possibilities of plywood and how it can be extended beyond its traditional uses. Let your creativity run free, if you can think it, it can be custom made and you’ll be pleasantly surprised how affordable it is.
Working closely with artists, architects, interior designers and builders, our expert team Gen-Eco has the capability to turn sustainable timber into magnificent custom sculptures along with unique ceiling and wall features that will transform any space.
